Thank you for choosing us for your CPR certification needs. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and efficient experience: CPR Course Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to enroll in one of our CPR courses. Please carefully review our booking policy before proceeding with your registration: Non-Refundable Registration All course registrations are non-refundable. Once you complete your enrollment, you will receive immediate access to course materials, and no refunds will be issued after registration due to the nature of the course. Course Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your course, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled course start time. If you reschedule after the 48-hour window or arrive late, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Blended Course Requirements For blended courses, the online portion must be completed before attending the in-person session. Failure to complete the online coursework prior to attending will result in rescheduling and a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your scheduled course. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule, and a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Course Validity CPR certifications are valid for two years. If your certification has expired, you must take the appropriate renewal course before your certification can be reissued. Completion Requirements You must complete all components of the CPR course (theory and practical skills) to receive certification. If you do not complete the requirements on the day of your course, you will need to re-enroll.
