Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your CPR certification needs. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and efficient experience: Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit guarantees your place in the course and covers administrative costs. Payment: The remaining payment amount is due before the start of the course. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled course. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that rescheduling may be subject to availability. Cancellations: Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. However, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule within 24 hours of the original booking, if possible. Group Bookings: For group bookings, we offer special rates. However, group bookings may have separate policies on rescheduling and cancellation. Please contact us for details.
