Service Description
Blended Learning: Online + Classroom The 2021 Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides healthcare providers and public safety professionals the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adult child and infant patients. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to attending the instructor-led skills session. Upon successful completion of the course learners will receive a 2-year Basic Life Support digital certificate with anytime anywhere access to certificate and training history.In support of improving patient care American Red Cross is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.The American Red Cross is an accredited provider of continuing education by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education.For additional information on receiving healthcare continuing education credit go to https://redcross.cloud-cme.com/content/ceinfo This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults children and infants and meets OSHA/workplace requirements. This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion. Online course details will be emailed within 48 hrs of booking.

Please carefully review our booking policy before proceeding with your registration: Non-Refundable Registration All course registrations are non-refundable. Once you complete your enrollment, you will receive immediate access to course materials, and no refunds will be issued after registration due to the nature of the course. Course Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your course, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled course start time. If you reschedule after the 48-hour window or arrive late, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Blended Course Requirements For blended courses, the online portion must be completed before attending the in-person session. Failure to complete the online coursework prior to attending will result in rescheduling and a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your scheduled course. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule, and a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Course Validity CPR certifications are valid for two years. If your certification has expired, you must take the appropriate renewal course before your certification can be reissued. Completion Requirements You must complete all components of the CPR course (theory and practical skills) to receive certification. If you do not complete the requirements on the day of your course, you will need to re-enroll.
